Who
Karen has been working in the IT world for over 20 years, primarily in customer-facing roles such as Business Analyst and Implementation Specialist. Early on she noted that much of her time was spent looking for information hidden in obscure nooks and crannies on directory systems. For the past 5 years she gave in to her passion for organizing information and started working with Content Management Systems. In her spare time she rocks her kayak on the beautiful Ladner marsh.
